It was really a VERY BAD Experience shopping at rediff


Dear All at Rediff.com,

As I have been chasing for my order No. 3182491 since 13th May 05 as it was to be sent as Gift, I would like to inform you that, it has not yet been delivered. The staff at Rediff customer service desk is rude and knows nothing about any order. They move at the pace of snail as they work on ONE mail per day basis. Every time I call them, I was asked to write a mail for which they respond by the end of the day and that too, after following up by at least 4 STD phone calls.

As advsied by you, I had words with your courier partner ARAMEX (Mr. F.Patel 022-24985889), and they stated that there isn’t any booking on Way bill # 856210644, which is very evident on their website. But, still, Rediff is insisting that they had booked the shipment. Whereas, Aramex says that there is some lack of information to be provided by Rediff.

It was really a VERY BAD Experience shopping at rediff. Now, I do not want any association with Rediff. I want to cancel this order and want my money BACK.
