I wanted to purchase a ‘just for men’ moustache colourant. The price on the label showed £5.57. The till price showed £7.14. I informed the Manager that this was cheating and that he should sell the article at the advertised price by law. He said that he knows the law and that someone had removed the true price. This is untrue because I pointed out that all the price labels were in place and there were none for £7.14. I did not purchase the article. I am very c oncerned as to how many other people are being taken for a ride. i will not shop again at Super Drug because the Manager, I am adament has forbed me off by saying that someone removed the label. I have the till receipt showing that I did not purchase the article. They should compensate me for their behaviour and cheating me and the public.I await the result of my complaint.
