I purchased slipcovers for $800 in May and got my measurements, pictures and paper patterns to them by July. It’s now Dec. and they will not return calls and I’ve been told several times I’ll ship in 10 days only to never receive my order. I am appalled that while they won’t deliver or return calls, they are frequently updating their site. Beware of this company.

I ordered slipcovers also in August and still am waiting. They have been making excuses and I believe stalling everyone for some time now. If you placed your order in May and I placed mine in August, I think at this point, I will pursue legal venues to get my money back. I have asked for my money, but they have ignored me. They are still taking new orders and I wonder if they are using new order money to be able to fill the old orders. They cashed my check for $960.00 the day they received it. Unbelievable.
